Swimming

The Aqua clinic is a versatile exercise and therapy pool, available for use by the local community. There is an ever growing range of rewarding and healthy exercise programs designed by active professionals with fun and enjoyment high on the adjenda.

The pool will be available for private hire to individuals, groups, clubs and organisations wishing to carry out their own water based program.

Swim Stars are a very friendly swimming school built on giving personal attention and developing excellent relationships with both swimmers and parents alike. A privately owned venture that has successfully been teaching swimming to children and adults for nearly 10 years.

Since starting as a small school of five swimmers under our previous name of C.A.S.S. back in 2000, our school has grown from strength to strength with over 350 children having lessons with us every week.

Our team of ASA qualified teachers offer swimming tuition to any ability, from babies’ right through to adults. We have a maximum of six children in our beginners’ classes, who are joined in the water by their teacher. For our intermediates, we have no more than eight in a lesson. Ducklings (adult and child in the water), and adult lessons are also taught in groups of no more than six.
