Change 4 Life Table Tennis Club

Shipley College are now running a Change for Life Table Tennis club on an evening and are encouraging all local school children (primary or secondary) to attend.

The club will now run on the following dates from 5.15-6.45pm with Noel Chapman from Fast Bats in charge and some young Leaders from Shipley College helping to run the sessions.

The cost will be around £2.50 per child per session

All Mondays:

9th May, 16th May, 23rd May, 6th June, 13th June, 20th June, & 27th June

Hopefully, it will restart after the summer break as well.

Boxercise Packs A Punch!

Onna Jujitsu had the College students in a sweat as they were put through their paces at the lunchtime club.

Impressive hooks and uppercuts in between shuttle runs, tricep dips and skipping had a dozen lads on their toes for the full hour.
