Year 3/4 Orienteering

Bearing in mind the number of competitions we have had this year for the countless numbers of extremely talented athletes within the partnership, we felt this may be an opportunity for those pupils who do not usually represent the school in the sports teams. There will be a focus on the pupils’ cognitive and leadership abilities and therefore maybe a chance for other pupils to flourish.

The festival will take place at Cliffe Castle, Keighley on Friday 25 June 2010 between 1.00 - 3.00pm

Teams are made up of 4 pupils, 2 boys and 2 girls. Schools may enter more than 1 team. Please find enclosed a full set of rules.

There are likely to be requests for photographs so that we can showcase the festival potentially in our publications and on our website. Please could you let the organisers know if you or any of your pupils have an issue with regards to this and they will deal with it accordingly.
