Eldwick become Tri-Golf winners

Aire Valley School hosted the Aire Valley School Sports Partnership Yr 5 Primary School Tri Golf Competition. For some children this was the first time they had played golf so this was a fantastic introduction to putting, chipping and driving. The winning school team is to progress to the West Yorkshire Primary Tri Golf Finals Friday 6th May 2011.

McPartlin Golf Trophy Competition

Yorkshire final @ York GC on the 27th June.

The aim of the competition is to get a range of golfing abilities, so the team can enter as many high handicappers as they want but follow the guidance of low handicappers so that we can keep the teams as fair.

It is a free competition, however the schools must provide their own transport. Any Secondary school interested in the McPartlin Golf Competition should see here for more information and to apply.
