The sessions are the responsibility of the school(s) at all times. The coaches have all been veted following the Local Authority Guidelines but the sessions are owned by the school and any agreements entered into between the coach and the school (i.e. what checks are insisted upon, session times, numbers attending etc.) are negotiated seperately and are nothing to do with the Aire Valley Sports Partnership. All parties however must be aware that some coaches will have limited availability and therefore both parties must try to be flexible in their approach. |
