The two day course is free to Bradford Schools, Community Leaders & VolunteersAbout the Course
This course is designed to give teachers, other school staff and youth workers sufficient skills and ideas to lead a range of problem solving, initiative games and orienteering activities on school sites, in local parkland and other open spaces. These activities are used to deliver the PE Curriculum, particularly at key stage 2, as well as cross curricular activities, team building events and out of school youth programmes. The programme will also cover a wider range of adventurous options in local countryside areas
Adventure Activities Development Unit Leader Training Courses 2010
Some Courses (identified below) are free to Bradford School and Community Leaders and volunteers (Age 16+). Those attending training will be supported to deliver activities through ongoing Outdoor Education and Leisure programmes (further information available on request).
